As people's dietary preferences diversify, we have received feedback from customers who, for various reasons, are unable to enjoy Ichiran's existing products but still wish to experience Ichiran's taste. In response to these requests, Ichiran's artisans have spent a considerable amount of time researching how to express "Ichiran's taste" without using tonkotsu, ultimately arriving at a satisfying flavor, which led to the release of this product.

Expressing the rich, smooth texture characteristic of tonkotsu under the restriction of not using animal-derived ingredients was an incredibly challenging journey. After six years of development, with numerous trials and errors involving different methods and formulations, we proudly present "Ichiran's ramen without animal-derived ingredients," the result of our determination to preserve the unique taste of Ichiran.
