In order to facilitate smooth subscription deliveries, we will consolidate payments for subsequent subscriptions into two transactions per month.

■ Subscriptions purchased between the 1st and 15th of each month 
→ Automatic payment on the 1st of the following month. 

■ Subscriptions purchased between the 16th and 31st of each month
→ Automatic payment on the 16th of the following month.

Users who are considering canceling their subscriptions should do so before the applicable payment date.

Best experience ever

I first saw their ramen box in a YouTube video, it was a promo by Minori, a Japanese/american youtuber and artist I love to watch. She seemed to enjoy their product so I was excited to try it too. I went to the website she specified and I was sad to see that my country wasn’t available for shipping (I’m from Chile, a country of South America) so I messaged them in hopes I could get help, because I was really interested in getting a subscription box, and I have to say it was the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in my whole life! They told me I was their first customer from Chile so they literally opened the option exclusively for me to be able to get a subscription and be able to pay for it! I was able to do it via Paypal and it arrived home safely. I just tried one of the servings today and it was absolutely amazing!!! It tasted so good! I felt like I was eating Ramen from an actual Japanese restaurant… so I’m very grateful and happy with everything so far! Will keep my subscription as long as I’m able to pay for it. 10/10, will recommend to my friends and family! Totally worth it!!
